We offer daily yoga classes for all yoga practitioners, whether you consider yourself a beginner, intermediate or advanced practitioner.
Our studio is conveniently located in the heart of Chiang Mai, in the Nimmanhaemin area.
We offer a variety of class styles including conventional Hatha, Hatha Flow, Yin, Restorative, Power yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation and more.
Our Story
Om Ganesha Yoga was founded in 2012 by certified yoga teachers Miyu Ying and Cee. The sisters share a deep passion for yoga, health and holistic wellbeing, and were inspired to open the studio more than a decade ago to share the beautiful practice of yoga with more people.
Ever since, our studio has held hundreds of classes and workshops, catering to yogis from all around the world who visit Chiang Mai. We continue to passionately share the joy the yoga practice, with the hopes of inspiring more people to discover yoga, and to bring greater depth to the practice for more seasoned yogis.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Prana Vinyasa Flow
Prana Vinyasa Flow is an enjoyable, creative, and revitalizing yoga practice that flows in harmony with your breath. Drawing inspiration from nature and the elements, this class combines fluid sequences, mindful movements, and deep relaxation, leaving you feeling both strong and rejuvenated. You will be guided through waves of movement that gradually intensify, helping you connect with your breath, open your body, and discover your own natural flow. Whether you’re seeking to increase your energy, release tension, or simply enjoy moving in a way that feels good, this class is perfect for you! All levels are welcome — just bring your breath, an open heart, and a readiness to flow.
Yoga for Beginners
This class is designed for both beginners and experienced yogis, offering a gentle and mindful approach to movement. Through soft, controlled motions, intentional holds, and repetitions, practitioners are guided to tune into their bodies and develop a deeper connection with themselves. By fostering awareness of each part of the body and its functions, this practice encourages self-care, appreciation, and a genuine interest in personal well-being. Dynamic Flow
Dynamic Flow Yoga is a fluid and energizing practice that unites breath and movement through a seamless sequence of poses. Emphasizing smooth transitions, this style encourages continuous flow, with each movement synchronized to an inhale or exhale. In this practice, you’ll explore both foundational postures and creative variations designed to build strength, enhance flexibility, and restore balance to the body and mind. Offering a well-rounded experience, Dynamic Flow Yoga provides an adaptable and creative approach, allowing practitioners to deepen their connection to breath, refine their movement, and cultivate a sense of inner calm.
Hatha Yoga
This class is designed to cultivate balance in the body, mind, and spirit through a structured practice that incorporates five key elements: ✔️ Yoga postures ✔️ Breath control ✔️ Concentration ✔️ Meditation ✔️ Inner bliss Hatha Yoga integrates mindful breathing and movement, beginning with gentle stretches, warm-ups, and the Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar). As a foundational yoga practice, Hatha Yoga focuses on asanas (postures) to promote balance and flexibility. The session includes breathing exercises and concludes with deep relaxation in Yoga Nidra, allowing the body and mind to fully unwind. Vinyasa Flow

Basic Yoga
This class is designed to help you learn and master fundamental yoga poses, with a special focus on 12 essential postures. Emphasizing the natural connection between breath and movement, this practice strengthens the body while fostering awareness and balance. The 12 poses selected are both foundational and highly beneficial, allowing you to build strength safely and effectively. Rather than focusing on the number of poses, this class highlights the quality of practice, ensuring that each movement is performed with intention and proper alignment. No need for complex or advanced postures—just a mindful approach to yoga that supports overall well-being.
Tibetan Sound Healing
Take a deep breath, relax, and allow the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and gongs to wash over you. Tibetan Sound Healing is a gentle yet powerful practice that helps release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner self. In This Class, You Will: ✔️ Experience deep relaxation as the calming vibrations dissolve tension. ✔️ Discover the ancient wisdom behind Tibetan sound healing. ✔️ Feel the sound waves resonate through your body, promoting peace and well-being. ✔️ Engage in guided breathwork and meditation to enhance the healing process. All our classes are taught in English by our wonderful teachers who have been professionally trained and certified to cater to all student levels.
Modifications to yoga poses and physical adjustments may also be provided in class to assist you in your practice.
